Delivery cost
Standard UK delivery is £3.99 per order, however many items you buy. The delivery charge is shown in your basket and again at checkout, so you always see the full amount before you pay.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are not currently able to ship internationally.
Delivery times
We dispatch orders as quickly as we can and email you as soon as your order is on its way. If you need an update on a specific order, email us with your order reference and we'll confirm where it is.
Order confirmation
After payment you'll see an order confirmation page with your order reference, and receive a confirmation email. Keep your order reference — it's the quickest way for us to find your order if you contact hello@magnesiumsupply.co.uk.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived, arrives damaged or something is missing, email us with your order reference and we'll sort it out.
