These terms apply when you buy from magnesiumsupply.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order.
About us
Magnesium Supply is a UK online retailer of magnesium food supplements, operating the website magnesiumsupply.co.uk. We are a retailer: we do not manufacture the products we sell. You can contact us at hello@magnesiumsupply.co.uk.
Placing an order
Adding a product to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm payment and send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example if a product is unavailable or there has been a pricing error — we will contact you and refund any payment taken in full.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Product prices are exclusive of VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout where applicable. Delivery is charged at £3.99 per order. The full amount payable, including delivery and any VAT, is shown before you confirm payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. Where a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Delivery
We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Standard UK delivery is £3.99 per order. We dispatch orders as quickly as we can and will notify you by email when your order is on its way. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the exceptions for sealed health and hygiene products described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Please read that policy before returning anything.
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately using information provided on the product label and by the brand. Product packaging and formulations may be updated by the manufacturer from time to time, so always read the label on the product you receive before use. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Always follow the directions on the product label.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or interfere with its operation. Site content and branding remain our property or that of the respective product brands.
Complaints and governing law
If something has gone wrong, email us at hello@magnesiumsupply.co.uk and we will work with you to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
