Supplement Needs provides 151.2 mg of magnesium per 2-capsule serving (60 servings per bottle). tbJP provides 250 mg of elemental magnesium per single-capsule serving (120 servings per bottle). Compare the serving size and amount per serving on each product page and choose the one that fits how you prefer to take it.
